The Company was established in May 2015 by Nohlanga Silwana. NM provides outsourced Corporate Governance and Legal services to companies that do not have resources to provide for these services in-house. We also provide support services to in-house Company Secretariat Departments, Legal Services Departments, Compliance and Risk Departments and Labour
Relations Department.
